1. What type of warranty do you offer?
All mirrors come standard with the manufacturers' warranty. The warranty will be specified under the product features.
2. How long will it take to receive my mirror(s)?
Unless stated otherwise on our site, please expect to receive your item within approximately 3-10 business days (depending on the manufacturer and product). A few exceptions apply (e.g. remote locations, over-sized items) where you may receive your item in up to 15 business days. Please note that custom-made items may take up to 4-6 weeks to receive. If your item is back ordered, we will contact you by phone or email.
3. Are all your mirrors “New”?
Yes, everything we sell is brand new and of first quality. We do not sell factory seconds or used products.
4. Do you have a low price guarantee?

5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on virtually all orders across Canada, other than certain remote locations and/or over-sized items. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details. Over 98% of orders qualify for Free Shipping. We ship to Canada only.
6. What is your return policy?
Try your items for 30 days on us! There’s never a restocking fee at SelectMirrorsCanada.ca. We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial policy. If for any reason you are not happy with any area rug or mirror, just return it within 30 days for a merchandise credit or exchange, it’s your choice. Please note that custom-made items are returnable for shipping damage only.

2. Items need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or an equivalent of the original packaging. The RA# needs to be on the outside of the packaging.
3. SelectShops Canada will schedule a pick-up.
4. When the item is received in its original condition, a merchandise credit or an exchange can be made, which ever you prefer.
*All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number prior to being sent back.
Returned mirrors must be in original unused condition. Returned items may be refused or assessed a fee if they are soiled or stains are present.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You can also pay by certified cheque or money order by selecting the Alternative Payment option at checkout. Please note that orders paid for with Certified Cheque / Money Order will not be processed until payment has been received.
8. How do I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. Orders may be changed within the first 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone. If you choose to change or cancel your order, please call us within 24 hours of purchase at (888) 926-1271 between 9am – 5pm Eastern Time.
9. Do you ship internationally?
SelectMirrorsCanada ships only to Canada at this time.
